Work.

One piece for each way I work. Both are systems I designed, built and still operate.

Regular development

Gigantes Group

How a recruiting firm stopped paying twice for people it already knew.

A global executive search firm was buying back its own history: thousands of candidate profiles in the CRM, and recruiters on LinkedIn paying to rediscover them. The exact-match search could not find a Head of Manufacturing Operations for a VP of Plant Engineering mandate, because the words differ even when the person does not. I built the system that fixed it, and three more the desk now runs on daily.

Forward deployment

GroundCrew Labs

The platform I run my own business on.

I needed something that did not exist, so I built it and I operate it: agents that take work off a board and build it under review, every client isolated with their own agents and their own spend, and a data plane that stays on my own hardware. It is what I mean by forward deployment — I do not just build systems, I run one.
